How to Delete Multiple Contacts in AgentView

1. Open the CRM Contacts page

   • From the left-side menu, click on CRM Contacts.

     
     

2. Select the contacts you want to remove

   • You will see a checkbox next to each contact.

   • Check the boxes for all the contacts you wish to delete.

     
     

3. Delete the selected contacts

   • Once your contacts are selected, click on the Delete button.

   • The selected contacts will then be removed from the system.

👉 Tip: Double-check that you’ve selected the correct contacts before clicking Delete, since this action cannot be undone.
