Creating and Ordering Smart Tabs
Tabs are a powerful way to organize and quickly access the contacts that matter most. By creating custom tabs, you can filter contacts by type and status, then save those filters as a tab for quick reference. This makes it easier to manage groups like Active Buyers, Pending Sellers, or New Leads without having to set filters every time.
How to Create a New Tab

From the Contacts Page, click the Add/Edit Tabs button on the toolbar.

A popup window will appear. Select the options you’d like to filter by, such as:

Contact Type (e.g., Buyer, Seller, Lead)

Contact Status (e.g., Active, Inactive, Pending)

Click Create Tab.

Your new tab will now appear across the top of the Contacts Page for easy access.

Each tab acts as a quick-access view, so you can jump straight to the contacts you need.
How to Order Tabs
Once you’ve created multiple tabs, you can control the order they appear in:

From the Contacts Page, click Add/Edit Tabs.

Next to each tab, you’ll see a sequence drop-down list.

Select the order number you want (1, 2, 3, etc.).

AGENTVIEW will automatically rearrange the tabs on your Contacts Page to match the sequence you selected. Once the oder is in place, click on Save Order.
This lets you prioritize the tabs you use most often, keeping them front and center.
How to Delete a Tab

On the Contacts Page, click Add/Edit Tabs again.

In the popup, find the tab you want to remove.

Click the trash icon next to it.
This removes the tab from your Contacts Page and keeps your workspace clean.
Tips for Maximizing Efficiency with Tabs

Create tabs for groups you access most often, like Active Buyers or Past Clients.

Use clear names so you know exactly what each tab represents.

Reorder tabs so your most important ones appear first.

Review your tabs occasionally to keep your workspace focused and clutter-free.
