Label Printing in AGENTVIEW
AGENTVIEW makes it easy to create and print mailing labels for your contacts. Labels are generated in .PDF format and designed to fit Avery 5160 address labels (30 labels per sheet). This helps you quickly prepare mailings while keeping everything professional and organized.

How to Print Labels in AGENTVIEW

Go to the CRM Contacts Page

From the left-hand menu, click CRM Contacts.

Click “Print Labels”

On the top menu of the CRM Contacts page, click the Print Labels button.

Choose Label Settings

In the popup window, select the Contact Type and Status you’d like labels for.

Download the Labels

Click Download Labels.

A .PDF file will be generated and saved to your computer, formatted for Avery 5160.

Test Your Print

Before using label sheets, print the PDF on plain paper to check alignment.

Hold the test sheet behind an Avery 5160 sheet to confirm the spacing matches.
