Adding a New Contact
Sometimes you’ll want to add a client directly into AGENTVIEW without importing from another system. Manually creating a contact profile is quick and easy. Once the profile is set up, you can schedule meetings, set reminders, create transactions, and much more.
How to Add a New Contact

From the left-hand menu, click CRM Contacts to open your CRM Contacts page.

On the top right-hand side of the Contacts page, click Create Contact.

Fill out the Add Contact form with your client’s details.

Include as much information as you have (name, phone, email, address, etc.)

Be sure to select the correct contact details for categorization:

Contact Source – where the lead came from (e.g., referral, open house, online ad).

Contact Status – the stage of the client relationship (e.g., new lead, active, past client).

Contact Type – how this person fits in (e.g., buyer, seller, renter, investor).

These options are provided by the Outbound Managers and are important for keeping your CRM organized.

Once everything is complete, click Create Contact Profile at the bottom of the form to save.
After saving, you’ll be redirected back to your CRM Contacts page where your new contact will appear in the list.
Why This Matters
By selecting the right source, status, and type during setup, you make it easier for AGENTVIEW to categorize your contacts. This ensures:
