Phone Dialer Support Guide

The Phone Dialer in AGENTVIEW helps you call your contacts quickly and efficiently without opening each profile one by one. You can move through your call list, use built-in cold calling scripts, and even take notes while on the call. The dialer uses your computer’s connection to your mobile phone (Mac or Windows) to place calls, so make sure your phone is paired with your computer before using it.

Accessing the Phone Dialer

  1. In AGENTVIEW, click CRM Contacts from the left-hand menu.

  2. At the top of the CRM Contacts page, click the Phone Dialer button.

  3. The Phone Dialer will launch in a pop-up window.

Using the Phone Dialer

Once the Phone Dialer is open, you’ll notice several helpful features:

  • Next Contact Button – Scroll through your contacts quickly by clicking Next Contact.

  • Cold Calling Scripts – The dialer includes pre-built scripts to guide your conversations. These are especially helpful for starting calls smoothly.

  • Contact Information – See the contact’s name, type, and status, along with their phone number(s).

  • Notes Section – Enter comments or notes while speaking with a client. Notes are saved with the contact’s record for future reference.

Making Calls

  1. In the Phone Dialer window, click either the Home or Mobile call button.

    • Note: These buttons will only be available if the contact’s phone number is saved in their profile.

  2. AGENTVIEW will initiate the call through your computer’s connection to your paired mobile device.

You can continue scrolling through contacts using Next Contact once the call is complete.

Phone Setup Instructions

To use the Phone Dialer in AGENTVIEW, your computer must be paired with your mobile phone. Pairing ensures AGENTVIEW can place calls directly through your device without needing extra third-party software.

When you initiate a call for the first time, your computer may ask you to confirm which program should be used to make calls. By default:

  • Mac will use FaceTime with Call Relay.

  • Windows will use the Phone Link app.

If you already use another phone program on your computer (such as Skype, Zoom Phone, or RingCentral), you can select that as the default instead.

For Mac Users

Mac computers rely on Apple’s Call Relay (FaceTime) to place calls through your iPhone.

How to set it up:

  1. Make sure your Mac and iPhone are signed in with the same Apple ID.

  2. Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network.

  3. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices and enable Allow Calls on Other Devices.

  4. On your Mac, open FaceTime Preferences and check Calls from iPhone.

  5. When you first place a call from AGENTVIEW, select FaceTime as the default app (unless you prefer another program).

For Windows Users

Windows uses Microsoft’s Phone Link app to bridge calls between your computer and mobile device.

How to set it up:

  1. Open Phone Link on your Windows computer (install from the Microsoft Store if needed).

  2. On your phone, download the Link to Windows app.

  3. Pair your phone with your computer using the on-screen QR code or Bluetooth.

  4. Allow permissions for calls and contacts.

  5. When you first place a call from AGENTVIEW, select Phone Link as the default app (or choose another program if you already use one).
