Creating a Landing Page in AGENTVIEW

Landing pages are one of the most powerful tools in AGENTVIEW. They allow you to create beautiful, professional pages for your listings, open houses, and guides that you can share across social media, email, and text to capture leads. Let’s walk through the process of creating your own landing page step by step.

Step 1: Open the Landing Page Builder

From the left-hand side menu, click Landing Pages. This will take you to your Landing Page Manager, where all of your pages are stored. To create a new Landing Page, click Create New Landing Page.

You’ll now be asked to select the type of page you want to build: Featured Listing, New Listing, Open House, Seller Guide Download, or Buyer Guide Download. Pick the type that best matches your goal.

Step 2: Select Your Contact Information

At the top of the builder you’ll see a drop-down for your contact number. This is important because it tells AGENTVIEW who the leads should go to. Select your number from the list before moving forward.

Step 3: Enter Property Details

Scroll down to the Property Details section. If you already have a saved transaction in AGENTVIEW, simply pick the property address from the list. If you don’t have a saved transaction, choose No and manually type in the property’s address and details.

Step 4: Upload Featured Listing Images

Next, you’ll see the Upload Featured Listing Images section. This is where your page starts to come alive.

• Drag and drop images into the dropzone, or click to select them from your computer.

• You can upload up to 13 images. At least one image is required.

• Accepted file types: JPG and PNG.

• WebP images are not supported.

• Each image should be no larger than 2MB to 4MB in size.

• For best results, use high-resolution photos at least 1200px wide.

After uploading, drag images to rearrange them in the order you want. To remove an image, click the red circle X.

Step 5: Add Featured Listing Information

Below the images is the Featured Listing Information section. Enter the property’s core details such as price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and lot size.

Next is the Featured Listing Content editor. You can:

• Paste in descriptions directly from the MLS.

• Click the Scripts button in the toolbar to load pre-written templates.

• Insert links, images, or embed videos from Facebook or Vimeo using the toolbar buttons.

This is where you tell the property’s story and make it appealing to buyers.

Step 6: Upload a Primary Image (Required)

Scroll down to the Upload Primary Image section. This is the required cover photo for your landing page. It’s the image that will display when your page is shared on social media, emailed, or texted. Choose a high-quality, eye-catching image that represents the property well.

Step 7: Choose a Banner Background

Here you can select from a variety of Banner Backgrounds to customize the look of your landing page header. Pick the one that matches your branding or the style of the property.

Step 8: Build Your Landing Page

When everything is entered, scroll back to the top and click Build Landing Page. AGENTVIEW will create your page and redirect you to the Landing Pages Manager, where the new page will now appear in your list.

Tips for Success

• Always upload at least one strong photo — several if possible — to keep your page visually engaging.

• Stick to JPG or PNG formats, under 2MB each. Avoid WebP files.

• Use the description area to tell a story, not just list features.

• Double-check your contact info to ensure leads route back to you.

• Share your page on social media to confirm the primary image displays correctly.
