Notification Settings

All of your notification preferences in AGENTVIEW are managed in your Account Profile. This is where you decide which emails AGENTVIEW will send to your clients automatically, and which updates you want to receive yourself. Each setting can be turned on or off, and changes are saved instantly once you click Save.


Move-In Anniversary Emails

Move-In Anniversary Emails let you stay in touch with clients automatically on the anniversary of their move-in date. When this option is turned on, AGENTVIEW will send an email on your behalf each year. You can use one of the prewritten templates provided, or write your own custom message so it feels more personal.

To set up your Anniversary Email Message:

  1. Go to your Account Profile and scroll to Additional Settings.

  2. Find Move-In Anniversary Email Message and toggle the setting On.


  3. Click Edit to open the email editor pop-up window.


  4. Choose a prewritten template or write your own message.

  5. Click Save Changes to finish.


Birthday Emails

Birthday Emails work the same way, allowing you to automatically send a message to clients on their birthday. Once turned on, AGENTVIEW will check the date saved in each client’s profile and deliver your selected message on the correct day.

To set up your Birthday Email Message:

  1. Go to your Account Profile and scroll to Additional Settings.

  2. Find Birthday Email Message and toggle the setting On.


  3. Click Edit to open the email editor pop-up window.


  4. Select a prewritten birthday message or create your own.

  5. Click Save Changes to finish.


Comment Notifications

Comment Notifications keep you updated when notes are added to a client’s profile. If you’d like to be alerted by email when a comment is entered in the History section, go to your Notification Settings, select On from the drop-down menu, and click Save. If you prefer not to receive these alerts, simply set it to Off.



Meeting Notifications

Meeting Notifications give you an email reminder when a scheduled meeting is coming up. To receive these reminders, open your Notification Settings, set this option to On, and click Save. If you turn them off, your upcoming meetings will still appear in your Activities Dashboard, but you won’t receive an email reminder.



Daily Briefing

The Daily Briefing gives you a quick snapshot of how your business is performing. Each morning, AGENTVIEW can send you an email summary of what happened the day before, including:

  • How many new leads you generated

  • How many appointments were scheduled or completed

  • How many open house registrations came in

To enable it, set Daily Briefing to On in your Notification Settings and click Save. If you’d rather not receive it, set it to Off.



Adjusting Your Settings

To adjust any of these notifications:

  1. Log in to AGENTVIEW.

  2. Open your Account Profile from the left-hand menu.

  3. Scroll down to Additional Settings.

  4. Make your selections:

    • For client emails, choose or write your message before saving.

    • For agent notifications, simply use the drop-down to select On or Off and then click Save.
