Team Accounts — Collaborate Seamlessly With Other Agents

Team Accounts in AGENTVIEW CRM make it easy for real estate professionals to collaborate, delegate, and stay organized — all from one platform.
Whether you work with an assistant, a transaction coordinator, or an entire team of agents, Team Accounts let you share specific parts of your CRM while keeping control over your business data.

This feature is designed for agents who want to scale efficiently while maintaining privacy, organization, and flexibility.

👥 What Are Team Accounts?

A Team Account is a secure connection between two AGENTVIEW users.
It allows you to share CRM data such as Contacts, Transactions, Tasks, or your Address Book with trusted professionals.

You can use Team Accounts to:

  • Collaborate with your assistant or transaction coordinator

  • Share CRM access with fellow agents

  • Give temporary access to support staff during busy periods

Each Team Account is unique to you — meaning you decide exactly who sees what.

👩‍💼 Two Types of Team Members

There are two main types of team members you can add inside AGENTVIEW:

1️⃣ AGENTVIEW Subscribers

Agents who already have an active AGENTVIEW account.

  • Share data directly between your CRMs

  • Each agent controls what’s visible to the other

  • Perfect for brokerages, partners, or agent teams

2️⃣ Transaction-Only Members

Individuals without a paid AGENTVIEW account (assistants, interns, coordinators).

  • Manually created from your dashboard

  • Can only access transactions you invite them to

  • No access to Contacts, Tasks, or other CRM tools

⚙️ Permission-Based Access Control

When adding or connecting with a team member, you’ll choose what they can see and do.

PermissionDescription
ContactsView and manage your CRM contact list
TransactionsAccess and manage your transactions
TasksView to-dos, reminders, and follow-ups
Address BookShare vendors, inspectors, lenders, etc.

🔒 Your privacy comes first.
Only the sections you enable will be visible to team members.

🔄 One-Way and Two-Way Connections

Team sharing is flexible — you control the direction of access.

  • If you add another agent, they’ll see data based on your permissions.

  • If they add you, you’ll see what they share.

Once both sides connect, AGENTVIEW shows “Both Agents Sharing Info” — a true two-way collaboration.
This structure helps teams collaborate securely without mixing databases.

➕ Adding a Team Member

You can add new members directly from the Team Accounts page.

✅ Option 1: Invite an Existing AGENTVIEW Agent

  1. Click Add New Team Member

  2. Select Yes if they already have an account

  3. Enter their AGENTVIEW email

  4. Choose permissions

  5. Click Send Invitation

🧾 Option 2: Add a Manual Team Member

  1. Click Add New Team Member

  2. Select No when asked if they have an AGENTVIEW account

  3. Enter name, email, and password

  4. Click Create Team Member Account

They’ll appear as a Transaction-Only Member, meaning they can only join specific transactions.

🔗 Connecting With an Existing Agent

When another agent shares access with you first, you’ll see a Connect button next to their name.

Click it, review their email, select permissions, and confirm.

Once both sides connect, AGENTVIEW updates the status to show “Both Agents Sharing Info.”

🚫 Limited Access for Assistants & Coordinators

Assistants or coordinators are shown with a disabled button and note:

“This account can only be invited to transactions.”

They cannot access your CRM data — only what’s assigned in specific transactions.

🔢 Team Member Limits

Each AGENTVIEW plan includes a set number of available team slots.
Example: 3 / 5 Team Members

If you reach your limit:

  • Add / Connect buttons are disabled

  • You can remove existing members to free up space

🗑 Removing a Team Member

To remove someone:

  1. Go to the Team Accounts page

  2. Find their name

  3. Click the 🗑 icon

  4. Confirm removal

The connection will automatically be removed from both accounts.
